Help giving a voice to HR
There is a function who listens a lot but finally takes little (or not always enough) of the floor to talk about themselves, as they are on very diversified and large assignments.
We had the pleasure of orchestrating the HR seminar of one of our clients with the sole motto to offer a unique experience that will allow everyone to take a look at the function, to take the time to share successes and analyze, and build the foundations to move forward more serenely. And at the end of these three days we could see the big smiles and great energy within the group… Mission accomplished!
