3 intense days to understand the megatrends and their implications for the Group. Workshops, meetings and testimonials to enable everyone to grasp the challenges of the major changes underway and the orientations to be implemented in their own areas.
A low carbon dimension reflected in the choice of the venues (and of course the city for the event), transport, meals, speakers… So every decision was thought through to limit the event’s carbon impact as much as possible.
Our missions:
- Content: construction of the run-of-show (timed script), editorial assistance, proposals for external speakers, construction of collective intelligence workshops, etc.
- Form: scenography, graphic charter of the event and its variations (key visuals, slides, video supports, badges).
- Logistics: welcoming participants, managing the event application, flow management, etc.
- Downtime: city tours (cultural and recreational), organization of festive evenings and moments to reconnect.
