Bringing content-rich plenary sessions to life within a scenography that we designed to be unique and immersive. Whether masterclasses, forums, or time-out moments, each sequence was designed to reflect the catchline of the event: reconnecting again!
To inspire this demanding public, we produced a series of video reports questioning young adults around the world about their vision, their expectations about their future at work, their housing, and their relationship with connected objects and digital technology.
Our missions:
- Content: elaboration of the run-of-show (timed script), editorial support, proposals for external speakers, construction of collective intelligence workshops, etc.
- Videos: creation of an inspiring opener to set the tone at the start of the day, shooting and editing of a daily video diary to relive the best moments of the day, shooting and editing of a best-of broadcasted at the end of the event.
- Form: scenography, event graphic charter and its variations (key visuals, slides, video supports, badges)
- Logistics: welcoming participants, managing the event application, flow management, etc.
- Downtime: city tours (cultural and recreational), organization of festive evenings and moments to reconnect.
